On Monday we headed to Windsor with the two declared runners. RUPERT’S LASS started the evening off for us and she ran well for the early part of the race and looked to get tired entering the final furlong. She still looks to be carrying a lot of condition and will strip fitter for her racing.
Rupert’s Lass
Later on the card SHIMMERING LIGHT took her chance. Held up in the last pair, she was behind over three furlongs out. She has proved disappointing from her debut run and hopefully now she is eligible for a handicap mark we will be able to find a winnable opportunity for her as she has a stunning pedigree.

On Tuesday we started the day off at Leicester with NEVERBEEN TO PARIS who certainly appeared to have come on for his debut run at Chelmsford and he showed that progression here. Slowly away he was putting in his best work inside the last two furlongs, challenging away from the rail. He is bred to stay a fair bit further and looks a horse with a future.

We rounded off the day with a winner at Chelmsford when JOE’S SPIRIT obliged. He looked a different prospect on the all-weather surface and set off in front from his inside stall. He kicked in the home turn and soon established a clear advantage. He got the trip well for a comfortable success and there should be more to come from him.
Joe’s Spirit
Today our only runner was at Yarmouth when TAUREAN DANCER took his chance. He raced up with the pace early on and remained handy. He was ridden and could find no extra inside the final furlong. It was an improvement from his debut run at Newmarket and he should certainly be progressive in nurseries.
Tomorrow we start the day off at Yarmouth with FREEBE ROCKS who is our only runner after GLASSALT was withdrawn due to the ground. He has failed to find his form yet, but seems to be improving for his racing. In the evening we head to Sandown where DREAM MACHINE takes his chance. He has been in good form and was a good second at Epsom on his latest start. He will be ridden by our Assistant Trainer Ben James, who goes into the race in top form after riding a winner at Pontefract today. Hopefully he should be competitive
