Well sadly HALA HALA proved disappointing yesterday at Southwell. On leaving the gate she sat towards the rear getting all the kick back in her face and could never get competitive. We know she is better than this and feel it is best to draw a line through this effort.

Tomorrow we have declared GALIZZI at Wolverhampton. He was an encouraging sixth on his racecourse debut at Salisbury as a two-year-old. He certainly looks the part after another winter under his belt and it would be great to see a decent effort from him. We hope that he has the makings of a nice horse as the season starts to unfold.
On Friday we have only declared the one runner and that is SWORD OF THE LORD at Leicester. He found himself in the winners enclosure twice last season and although slightly qwerky certainly holds ability. He will again be partnered by William Twiston-Davies who rode him to his two career victories.

On Saturday we have the two entries at Lingfield. ZACYNTHUS has swerved Leicester on Friday in favour of Lingfield. He continues to work well and hopefully he should give a good account of himself wherever he runs. DORSET GIFT is another who holds an entry at the track and she has come to hand quickly this season. She has surprised a few people how well she goes and could be a dark horse for the six to follow.

Today the horses worked on the summer gallop. Please click on the links to view the work
